About Greg Council (the author)
A good product manager can research the market and deliver new product features and enhancements that are useful to that market. A great product manager is someone that thinks like an entrepreneur, can influence at all levels of an organization, be both operational and strategic, and can intuitively manage a product to create a special relationship between the user and the software. My personal agenda has always been to be a great product manager.
In the last 14 years, I’ve honed my expertise within the product management domain to identify unmet (and often unarticulated) needs in order to deliver truly valuable, unique, and useful solutions.
I have experience managing both large and small direct and virtual teams to improve existing products and bring new offerings to market.
